Return policy

We want you to be satisfied with your HDFWD purchase. Our return policy is as follows:
  1. Eligibility for Returns: Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached. Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at admin@auretopove.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order.
  3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds exclude shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Exchanges: Exchanges are available for size or style changes, subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
  5. Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit at no additional cost to you.
  6. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items, and items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return unless defective.
  7. Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will not affect orders placed before the effective date of the update.
